## AI automation

### Answer the common emails

Reads incoming customer emails and drafts replies from your own price list, policies, and FAQ. A person approves each reply before it goes out.

The assistant connected to your Gmail or Outlook, and a weekly list of what it handled.

How it is tested

Before launch, it drafts replies to your last 200 real emails. You see how many you would send without changes.

### Turn documents into data

Reads invoices, purchase orders, and forms from PDFs or email, and puts the fields into your spreadsheet or accounting system. Anything it is not sure about goes to a person. Mostly boring, which is the point.

A pipeline that handles new files on its own.

How it is tested

It runs on 50 to 100 documents you already entered by hand, and you get the accuracy for each field.

### Answers from your own documents

A private search page for your manuals, procedures, and past jobs. Each answer links to the page it came from, and it says "I don't know" when no document has the answer.

Built with OpenAI and Anthropic Claude models, the Vercel AI SDK, embeddings and vector search (RAG), and multi-step agents, with evaluations that measure the results.
